I’m so glad you’re here! If you have landed here then you already recognize that therapy could help you work through current or past traumas, distress, communication issues, personal growth/adjustment, or conflict. Engaging in this work can help build resilience, deepen relationships, increase awareness and understanding, heal and rebuild trust, or simply mobilize you for what comes next. I am uniquely positioned to walk with you on your journey to improved mental health and well-being.
Coppola Marriage and Family Therapy (CMFT) is grounded in Family Systems Theory and the belief that healing happens both “within” and “between”. In other words, psychological healing occurs within a person and within relationships that person has. I believe in the power of relationships, and as such prioritize exploring the complex, interconnected, and interdependent aspects of their dynamics.
"Life is a balance between holding on and letting go."

I am a systemic psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with a vast variety of psychological areas of focus. I see youth, adults, couples and families ages 8-80+ across a variety of identities. My approach is always culturally sensitive and humble, strengths-based, client centered, and compassionate. I have worked in state-run clinics, community clinics and private practices, and I currently work across New York State in a hybrid capacity, offering both telehealth (video) and in-person sessions from my Upstate NY office.
